Your broker pulls your credit report with the results from three major credit bureaus, using the middle score and throwing the high and the low scores.

We provide you with a list of documentation. For example, bank statements, paycheck stubs, W-2’s, tax returns. Your loan officer (broker) will review the types of documents you will need to provide to us based on your chosen loan program.
(Typically within 1-2 days from application)
Your lender verifies your documentation and that your loan meets all loan program guidelines. Additional documentation might be asked for at this stage as well.
(Typically takes 2-6 weeks)
